Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is conveniently located near Melbourne's theatre district and some of the city's best restaurants. The rooms are spacious but a bit outdated, and the service was friendly but not entirely clear about parking arrangements. The dining options are excellent, especially with the massage chairs, but the return journey from the shopping precinct uphill can be tiring.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel over the long weekend. The rooms were fantastic with bed slippers by our bed and mugs with relaxing tea, offering unrivalled views over the city and out to Port Phillip Bay. The service was amazing, always on my priority list thanks to the particular manager who ensured our stay was comfortable. The location was superb, central and convenient to everything the city has to offer. However, the dining experience could have been better, and the hotel could consider upgrading the room options. Despite that, the overall experience was truly delightful.
The hotel boasts some of the best views in Melbourne skyline but needs refurbishing and wasn't ready on check-in. The service was fabulous with prompt professional service and thoughtful touches like bed slippers and relaxing tea mugs. The location, although a bit of a walk from the main shopping precinct, is close to top-end shops, theaters, and public transport, making it a preferred choice for travelers. The dining experience offers a variety of choices and a great view, with very friendly and helpful staff. The facilities are top-notch, catering to all guests' needs.
I was thrilled with the Prestige Suite club benefits that promised a spectacular room. The rooms were indeed clean, spacious, with very comfortable beds, and offered stunning views for the fireworks. The service was fantastic, especially in organizing our day tours. The location at the 'Paris' end of Collins St was convenient, with easy access to public transport. Dining was truly a treat with delicious options, and the facilities were top-notch.
